HOW DOES IT WORK?

Making lasting changes is not easy. We might have done our research, read dozens of books, think we know exactly what we need to do… that doesn't mean we do it! 

 

Or we might not know what to do at all - we might not realise the effect our diet and lifestyle are having on our health...

 

I am a qualified and registered nutritional therapist with specific interests in women's health in our 40s and beyond.  I can help you establish what your health goals are and coach you in how to achieve them.

Good health must start with diet.  We are what we eat.  Even if you're very active, however much you exercise, there is a saying that you can't outrun a poor diet.  Improving your diet can improve your energy, reduce your cravings, improve your mood, help you regulate your weight, help with digestion, and even has a role to play in better sleep.

 

If you sign up for one of my nutrition packages, I will support you through your goals over a 6 week programme- we will meet once every 2 weeks either face to face or online. Before our first meeting you will complete a detailed health questionnaire and food log. We will discuss this at our first meeting as well as my recommendations and advice to you. You will leave each meeting with goals and an action plan for the next 2 weeks. I will be available for support in between sessions – coaching you through making small but lasting changes to your diet and lifestyle to help bring about better health and wellbeing. If you fall or struggle, I will be there to guide and support you, and help motivate you to get back on track.

If you prefer one-off advice rather than a programme, we can meet for a single consultation, face to face or online. I will send you a detailed plan following the consultation, and will be available for follow ups as and when you need them.
